We Specialize In…

We’ll walk with you through difficult emotions, life situations and help you process trauma.

1

Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety can feel overwhelmingly suffocating, like a looming shadow that distorts perception and ramps up fear levels. It's relentless, manifesting as racing thoughts, a pounding heart, and tense muscles that refuse to relax. The feeling of being constantly on edge, anticipating the worst possible outcome, can consume every waking moment. Tasks that once felt manageable now seem insurmountable, as self-doubt and worry cloud rational thinking. Anxiety makes it challenging to focus, sleep, or simply breathe deeply, creating a sense of dread and unease. BFTW will listen, educate and help you gain clarity and relief of your anxious thoughts and behaviors.

2

Relationship (& Couples) Therapy

Relationship challenges can be deeply distressing and often impact our emotional well-being in ways that ripple through every part of life. For some, it may feel like a constant tension—an invisible wall between partners that makes communication feel strained or misunderstood. Others describe a sense of loneliness even when they’re not alone, or a recurring cycle of conflict that leaves them emotionally exhausted. Trust may feel fragile, intimacy may feel distant, and the connection that once felt effortless may now seem hard to reach.

If you’re navigating relationship difficulties, know that you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to explore patterns, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or reconnection, our relationship therapists are here to help. If you’d like to speak with one of our professionals, contact us.

3

Trauma Therapy

Trauma can leave lasting imprints—physically, emotionally, and psychologically. For some, it shows up as flashbacks, nightmares, or a constant sense of being on edge. Others may feel numb, disconnected, or overwhelmed by emotions that seem too big to name. Everyday situations can trigger intense reactions, and relationships may feel strained under the weight of unspoken pain. Trauma doesn’t always stem from one event—it can build over time, quietly shaping how we see ourselves and the world around us.

If you’re living with the effects of trauma, you deserve support that honors your experience and helps you reclaim your sense of safety and control. Trauma therapy offers a compassionate space to process, heal, and rebuild. Our clinicians are trained in trauma-informed care and are here to walk with you—at your pace, on your terms.
