3. What is the cost of therapy?
Session rates range from $30 to $225, depending on the clinician and service. We also offer low-cost group therapy through our SIP program, with sessions starting at $25. We’re committed to making therapy accessible and transparent.
4. Do you accept insurance?
We accept several major insurance plans (such as Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield) and offer out-of-network and private pay support. Our team can help verify your benefits and guide you through the billing process. We also provide superbills for reimbursement when applicable.
5. What is EMDR therapy and do you offer it?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps reprocess distressing memories. Yes, we offer EMDR as part of our trauma-informed services, delivered by trained clinicians.
6. How do I schedule an appointment?

If you schedule online, your intake assessment will be sent to your email once your appointment is fully booked. Otherwise, we’ll guide you through the intake process and match you with the right clinician.
7. What is the Student Internship Program (SIP)?

8. Where is your office located?
We’re located at 425 Cooper Street, Beverly, NJ 08010, just minutes from Route 130 and the River Line. Free street parking is available, and we’re accessible by public transit.
9. Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. We follow strict ethical and legal guidelines to protect your privacy. All sessions are confidential, and your information is handled with care and professionalism.
10. Do you work with children or teens?
Yes. We offer therapy for children, adolescents, and families, with clinicians trained in age-appropriate, trauma-informed approaches.
11. Can I use my insurance to pay for couples counseling?
Sometimes! While insurance doesn’t typically cover therapy for relationship issues alone, there are ways to use your benefits if one partner has a diagnosable mental health condition. In that case, couples sessions may be billed as part of individual or family therapy. We’re happy to walk you through your options and provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement if needed.
