Individual therapy

The focus of individual therapy is: you. Our staff is trauma-focused & uniquely trained in Talk Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Workshops (& Consulting!)

From time-to-time, we offer pop-up workshops to provide psycho education, self-care, consultation and/or to address miscellaneous mental health topics. We also engage in partnerships with other organizations, at times, to make this happen! Relationship therapy

The focus of relationship therapy is: connection. Our clinicians are trained to support couples and individuals navigating relational stress, communication breakdowns, and emotional disconnection. We integrate trauma-informed approaches with evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Our work is also enriched by concepts from Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and somatic practices that help partners feel safe, seen, and understood. Group therapy

Do you prefer to interact with others instead of the usual one-on-one therapy? If so, we periodically offer telephone & virtual online groups. Topics include: Mindfulness, Anger Management and more.
