MASK‑culinity: Understanding the Masks Men Wear

Emotional “masks” don’t just protect us — they shape how we show up in relationships, how we express ourselves, and what we allow others to see. This workshop takes a compassionate look at the pressures men face, the armor they learn to carry, and the impact that hidden emotional labor has on mental health and connection. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for recognizing these masks, loosening old patterns, and building healthier, more authentic ways of being.
